This Program is part of the Portland Clean Energy Community Benefits Fund's strategy to reduce growth in vehicle miles traveled and greenhouse gas emissions. The Program will also contribute to the city’s goal of providing affordable and accessible electrified transportation for low‑ and moderate‑income residents.
